Refund policy

At Motivation Mango, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked as clearance

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.
